The Mathematics Preparation Course helps you confidently face the Mathematics Exam for Applicants Over 23 years old, a requirement for admission to Bachelor’s degrees and Professional Higher Technical Courses (CTeSP) at Polytechnic of Porto.

On-campus – Long Duration
- Schedule:
- Class 1: Tuesdays, 6:00–8:00 p.m. + Saturdays, 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Classes 2 and 3: Tuesdays, 8:00–10:00 p.m. + Thursdays, 6:00–8:00 p.m.
- (classes subject to the number of enrolled students and schedule preferences)
- Start date: October 14, 2025
- Duration: 20 weeks | 80 hours
On-campus – Short Duration
- Schedule:
- Class 1: Wednesdays, 8:00–10:00 p.m. + Saturdays, 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Class 2: Wednesdays, 6:00–8:00 p.m. + Thursdays, 8:00–10:00 p.m.

- Start date: January 14, 2026
- Duration: 10 weeks | 40 hours
Course benefits

• In the long-duration format, students may take two partial exams and be exempt from the final exam (if the average grade is ≥ 9.5/20).

- Application fee: €60 (non-refundable)
- Tuition fee: €800 + €30 (registration and school insurance)
- Full payment upon registration
- Exceptional possibility of payment in 2 instalments:
- 1st: €450 (at registration)
- 2nd: €350 (by January 31, 2026)

- Exceptional possibility of payment in 2 instalments:
- 1st: €350 (at registration)
- 2nd: €200 (by March 31, 2026)
Refunds
- Application fee, registration fee, school insurance, and tuition will only be refunded if the course does not open.
- No refunds will be made in case of withdrawal/cancellation by the student.
